Welcome to One Heartbeat Drums!
When we dance with the drum, we pray to Creator. Our dances are never without meaning and purpose. We dance for our people, we dance for our children, we dance for healing, we dance to celebrate, we dance for strength, we dance for courage.
The drum is the heartbeat of our Great Mother. This has been known to indigenous people around the globe since before time. Creator gave us the drum and rattle so that we will always be able to return home - to the womb. That sacred place of the begining of creation where all that is heard is the gentle Thump Thump, Thump Thump of our mother's heart and the Chhh Chhh, Chhh Chhh of the blood in her viens. We all come from this same sacred beginning. We are many people but we all share the same Mother and the same heartbeat. We are the children of the Earth. This is the dream that is One Heartbeat Drums.
